Terry Osman
Terry currently is a highly regarded Classroom Instructor for America’s Boating Club – Golden Isles. She has previously served in leadership roles including Lieutenant Commander and Administrative Officer. In recognition of her service and impact, she was honored as the club’s 2020 Member of the Year.
Terry is a sailor and educator dedicated to advancing women’s confidence and leadership on the water. She is a co-founder and early leader of the Women’s Sailing Network of Northeast Florida, where she developed and led educational programs focused on safety, seamanship, and sailboat racing fundamentals.
Professionally, Terry has experience as an enterprise program manager and leadership development consultant. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and brings that expertise to her teaching—grounded in the belief that competence builds confidence, and confidence builds safety.
